What we are
NWEP is an IPTV provider serving Canadian households. We sell subscriptions that deliver live television, sports and on-demand content over your existing internet connection, on devices you already own.
We price in Canadian dollars and take payment by Interac e-Transfer. Support is in English and French.
What we are not
We are not a broadcaster and we are not a cable company. We do not host, produce or own the content delivered through the service — it comes from third-party providers. That is set out plainly in our legal disclaimer and our DMCA notice, and we act on properly substantiated copyright complaints.
We are also not fifteen years old. This service is new. Plenty of sites in this industry claim a decade of history they cannot evidence, and we would rather you judge us on a free trial than on a number we typed into a hero section.
Things we decided not to do
- No invented reviews. Our reviews section is empty until real customers fill it. Three anonymous five-star quotes, one each from Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, cost nothing to write and prove nothing.
- No fake channel counts. “25,000+ channels” is the least useful number in this industry. It is padded with duplicates and dead feeds. What matters is whether your channels work, which is why you can ask us about specific ones before paying.
- No card on file. We take Interac e-Transfer only. Nothing renews on its own and there is nothing to cancel.
- No uptime guarantee we cannot keep. Every competitor promises 99.9%. No internet-delivered service is uninterrupted, and saying otherwise just means the promise is worthless when it matters.
How to judge us
Take the 24-hour free trial. Use it on a Saturday evening while a game is on, on your own internet, on your own TV. That single test tells you more than any page on this website.
