How paying by Interac e-Transfer works
If you have not bought something this way before, it takes about two minutes.

Tell us the plan
Message us with the tier and term you want. We reply with the e-Transfer address and your order number.

Send the transfer
From your own bank app, in CAD. Put the order number in the message field — that is how we match the payment to you.
- 3
We activate
Transfers usually clear in minutes. Your login details and playlist URL arrive by email, normally within the hour.
Because no card is stored, nothing renews by itself. When your term is up the service simply stops unless you send another transfer. That is the entire cancellation process — see cancellation & orders.
Two things to do before you pay
- Measure your connection. Our homepage tool measures your real speed to our Canadian edge. A connection below what your household needs is the single most common cause of buffering, and no provider can fix that for you.
- Ask about the channels you care about. Get the answer in writing before you pay. A written pre-purchase confirmation is covered by our refund policy; an assumption is not.
